Lonna : Just to help out by putting this arrival of denser energies into a context for you. We experienced another “download” of higher energy late last week and a further anchoring of our intentions to for living per our soul plan here in the New Earth. As a result any remaining old denser energies that were still residing within are being pushed up and out, resulting in the “flashbacks” of sorts in which we feel the heaviness of those old energies as they work there way up and out of us. Hang tight and do not despair, as this is just another passing phase on your way to even higher ground. love and light and I’ll be seeing you soon in our next coaching session.

Thanks for this reminder, and keeping us ‘attuned’ to the Divine Reality! I was starting to feel this fear energy creeping into my consciousness yesterday, and was NOT going to give it any power. Every moment we have an opportunity to either trust the universe or doubt the Divine Order of things….that is of course that we have put in clear request. I hold onto in the forefront of my consciousness all the inspirational visions that you helped me define in our last session. Looking forward to our next session at usual time.
